This drink comes from the famed Nye’s Bar right across the street from our home. Upon my wife’s first visit, she asked the bartender what he could make with Baileys Irish Creme. He suggested that she try this drink, and to her surprise (as well as mine), it was de-licious!

It is an extremely smooth and tasty cocktail to have, but watch out! This unassuming drink packs a lot of punch, as it’s made up entirely of alcohol. Also, upon the mere suggestion or hint of an “oatmeal cookie,” one’s senses can easily be tricked into thinking that it does in fact, both taste and smell like one.

An extremely enjoyable drink that I’ve enjoyed making for others, and have gotten a fair share of them pissed for the night.
