This is a great healthy way to start the day. It is the only breakfast that I have found can keep me going during a three-hour morning run. I make a big batch on a Sunday night for the whole week.

This is a highly versatile breakfast. The ingredients below are what I use. Feel free to add or ommit based on your individual taste. The only essentials are rolled oats, some type of juice and yogurt.
